Totternhoe Lower School supports e-waste recycling initiative

A great plug for electronic recycling was given in February when several schools including Totternhoe Lower School helped Central Bedfordshire Council collect a fantastic 2.2 tonnes of e-waste for recycling.
The participating schools may have had a broken computer or an old printer cluttering up the store cupboard but had them collected for free as part of a two day drive to increase the amount of electronic waste that can be recycled.

The above Company has a vacancy for a person in their End of Life Vehicle Yard at the Lime Works, the position is to process all vehicles coming into the yard for recycling.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 7am to 12noon.
